I've taken a moment to reflect on the common thread weaving through the experiences of many on this life journey—a struggle with self-identity and navigating the complexities of existence. Often, we find ourselves operating on autopilot, driven by societal expectations and conditioned beliefs about who we should be.
In my own life, I've encountered moments of doubt and shame, unsure of the value in the concept of awakening and self-rebirth. The internal struggle led to a harsh, self-critical voice that perpetuated worry, shame, and guilt—a challenging loop to break. However, I want to share that it is indeed possible to discover your path, embracing the freedom to be your authentic self. Compassionate understanding around life's intricacies becomes attainable, and you can find inspiration in living fully aligned with your true essence.
By honoring your emotions and understanding their messages, a transformative journey unfolds. It's a bottom-up process that nurtures...
As a little girl, one of my biggest dreams was to live in the country, with my own herd of horses, providing a safe haven where others could experience relationships very differently. Even radically. To experience relationships that endure, ones that maintain connection and communication - especially when it feels hard.
Especially when emotions oscillate high or low, I want to experience relationships that choose to stay, to accompany one another with curiosity and understanding. Rather than trying to fix you, tell you what to do, or make you wrong, or try to make you better. Because you are whole. You are complete. You are perfect as you are.
It may be that you need to get to know yourself with new eyes - through the eyes of a horse, or two, or three...

As you attune to your own inner experience, you can begin to receive the wisdom of your body, notice the sensations in this area, and intentionally take time to become aware of the subtleties within sensations (such as...
Have you ever felt really happy to see someone and felt knocked off-balance by their response? Do the needs for predictability and a sense of care in relationships come up in your day-to-day life? These are very familiar needs for me, along with wanting to live with a sense of congruence and ability to make meaning in the midst of those 'off-balance' moments.
I have been pondering how we are interconnected, and intentionally seeking a way to have solid grounding in my life, for resiliency, wanting to be present in such a way that I am creating meaning and finding purpose in each moment, especially as a parent. Because when I am able to perceive, make sense of, and respond to my child's needs, I am co-creating with him an internal working model of safety and security he can rely on.
I remember noticing my son was eating and sleeping a lot while going through a really big growth spurt. My guess was it was a really big stimulus for him, and I imagined that his nerve endings...
